Council’s Strategic Planning and Policy Committee last week accepted a staff recommendation to include inclusionary zoning in the District Plan, jump-starting a formal Plan Change process.
The draft set of plan provisions provided by the Waikato Housing Initiative (WHI) was the starting point.
